The m-Fly account is a prepaid user account which can be accessed through your mobile device to book Deccan tickets instantly.

To register for m-Fly account, you have to log on to our website: www.airdeccan.net or call up our 24/7 All India call centre at (prefix city code) 39008888.

You will get a 4 digit PASSWORD to transact on mFly account.

The m-Fly account is absolutely free of cost. There is no registration fee for this facility.

Currently we do not give any loyalty bonus.

You can use m-Fly for checking flight availability & followed by a booking request.

You can access your m-Fly account only through SMS.
To check for flight availability, type the following SMS:

• AVL OrgCity DestCity DDMMYY and send to 56070

To book tickets, type the following SMS:

• bok Password FlightNo and send to 56070

To check your m-Fly balance, type the following SMS:

• Bal Password and send to 56070

To recharge your m-Fly account (oxicash wallet) you need to visit an Oxicash outlet near you, specify the denomination you wish to buy and pay for it there. You will then be given a 16 digit PIN.

You will need to send this PIN through an SMS to recharge your account. To send the SMS, type “RC” followed by a space and then the 16 digit recharge ”PIN” and send it to +919870888888. (eg. “RC 1234561234561234” as SMS to +919870888888).

You will receive an sms indicating that your account has been recharged with the amount paid.

You can also recharge your account through an "electronic top up" at all Oxigen outlets.

A nominal service charge per ticket of Rs. 50.00 is applicable for bookings made through m-Fly.

Yes your m-Fly account is absolutely secured. The complete account platform is behind multiple layers of security and is designed to be hacking proof.

There are multiple layers of security implemented to protect the m-Fly account from any unauthorized access. The best of line network security are implemented to ensure only authorized requests from authorized users enter the network. Any unauthorized request is rejected at the outermost security layer itself and there is no possibility that an account may be hacked.

The only security layer which is in user control is the 4 digit account password. The user need to ensure that this security password is not shared with anybody rest every security parameter is taken care by m-Fly.

To protect your m-Fly account security it is suggested that you do not share your account information with anybody.

Yes, if by chance your security Password is lost you can immediately send a reset Password / new Password/ request through an SMS or on our website. The new Password will be delivered to your mobile handset as SMS.

To reset the security Password please go to http://www.airdeccan.net/data/bookings/m_fly Product.html and select "Change Password" resetPassword from there. You'll receive the new Password shortly as SMS on your handset after your request is submitted.

Alternatively you can send your password reset request through SMS as well. For this send “RESET” to +919870888888 and you’ll receive the new password as SMS on your handset.

The m-Fly recharge PINs are available in denominations of Rs. 50, 100, 250 and 1000. Moreover you can also ask for an Oxicash eTopup which will soon be available at all Oxigen counters. Using eTopup you can recharge your wallet for any flexible amount.

Yes, currently the m-Fly account is valid for 12 months and will be removed if not recharged within 12 months. The validity is extended for another 12 months (from the date of recharge) after each recharge.

No you don't need an Multimedia phone to access m-Fly, you can access m-Fly from any phone.

If the ticket number is not generated, the money will be refunded. But if the ticket number is generated, the money will not be refunded.

Your m-Fly account is associated with the mobile number given at the time of registration. If you have lost you mobile, your account can remain safe only provided the same mobile number is retained.
